Delete your FitForge account and data

Delete in the app

1. Open FitForge and make sure you are signed in (Google, Apple or Solana wallet).
2. Go to Settings → Your data → Delete my data.
3. Optionally tick Also delete my account (signs you out) and Also clear data on this phone.
4. Type DELETE and confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Deletion covers every sign-in method linked to your account. Afterwards, uploads stay paused until you turn them back on or sign in again.

No longer have the app?

Email oplopuser@protonmail.com with the subject “FitForge data deletion request”. Tell us how you signed in and include the email address of your Google or Apple account, or your Solana wallet's public address, and say whether you also want your account deleted. We may ask you to confirm that you control that account (for example by replying from that email address or signing a message with that wallet). Never send us passwords, recovery phrases or private keys.

We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Health data synced from Health Connect or Apple Health: daily metrics, sleep sessions, workouts and daily nutrition
• Blood-test markers and other lab data
• Morning briefings, insights, anomaly flags, recommendations and their outcome scores, and derived daily features
• Suggestions (next actions) and your feedback on them
• Your saved foods (“My foods”)
• Your cloud backup (profile, goals, meals, weight, water, fasting, workouts, supplements, peptides, recipes, blood tests)
• Sync logs and per-user rate-limit counters
• With account deletion: your FitForge account and sign-in records, including your sign-in email and name

Data on your phone is removed only if you choose Also clear data on this phone or uninstall the app. Coach chat history is stored only on your phone. Data FitForge wrote to Health Connect or Apple Health (meals and weight) stays there; manage it in those apps.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and subscription records (plan, amount, status, dates, Solana transaction signature or store transaction id) are kept for as long as accounting, tax and legal obligations require. When you delete your account they are unlinked from it and your sign-in email and name are removed.
• Trial and free-tier usage records are kept to prevent abuse of free trials. They contain no health data.
• Solana transactions are public on the blockchain and cannot be deleted by anyone.
